Return Policy

We totally get it! Sometimes you just don't feel the spark with a piece of jewelry like you thought you would. No worries, we've got your back (and your wrists, ears, and neck) covered with our return policy.

At Nery Lee Collections, we want you to be head over heels for your new bling. But if for any reason you're not feeling the magic, you can return your jewelry within 30 days of purchase, following these guidelines:

- Contact us within 20 days of delivery or in-person purchase at neryleecollections@gmail.com. We will provide you all the details to return the product.
- Items must be shipped back within the next 10 days after contacting us.
- Items must be in its original condition (unworn and unaltered), with Nery Lee label attached to it, or with a manufacturer defect. 
- Client is responsible for shipping costs.

Intimate items cannot be returned unless delivered damaged or defective, due to sanitary guidelines. (This includes but is not limited to earrings)

We do not accept orders cancellations. However, if there are any problems regarding an order we will gladly assist and help solve any issues.

Flash Sales/Discounted items are FINAL SALE. Can’t be returned or exchanged.

If you are returning an order that includes a free gift with purchase, we require that the free gift is returned as well. If the free gift is not returned with the order, then we will adjust the return amount in retail dollars of the gift.
