Shipping Policy
Hey, jewelry lover! Most of the weekends we are growing our business participating in pop-up markets, and if not, we are enjoying our limited free time with family and friends. Therefore, orders are processed Monday through Fridays.
- Allow 5-7 business days for orders to be processed.
- Pre-order items may take up to 14 days to be processed.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
If there is an error in the shipping address, the client must contact us (neryleecollections@gmail.com) to correct the address before processing the order. If the order is processed and shipped to an incorrect address due to client's error, the package will be returned to us, and the costumer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost in transit, this is the carrier’s responsibility. In which case you should contact your nearest USPS office directly.
